Production Sponsors directly enable the mission by ensuring that all ticket revenue and donations received at the event go directly to our signature program, Manny’s Band Practice QPR suicide prevention training.
Production Sponsors pay for the show. When the production is covered, every dollar from tickets and donations goes to the work. Every sponsor gets a record on Manny’s Wall of Records in the lobby: a wall of records carrying the names of the people who made the night possible. Every guest walks past it on the way in and you get to take your record home with you.

At Manny's Band Foundation, we are on a mission to go beyond “awareness of a problem out there.” Here's a transcript of an actual phone call we received:
“We attended a Manny's Band Practice recently. This morning we received a call from the parent of a friend of our (child) who shared that our (child) had threatened to kill themselves. At first we freaked out, then we took a breath and said, we've studied this, we can handle it.
We called (them) and knew how to have the conversation, we knew what to say and what to do, and now (they’re) getting help.
I can't imagine what would have happened if we had not received the training and practice from you. Thank you.”
Since last year's Manny's Band Concert we have received at least a dozen similar stories of our work directly impacting a parent or friend's ability to BE THERE when it mattered.

The Manny's Band Concert brings people together through music while advancing an urgent mission: helping prevent suicide by equipping communities with the skills and practice to save lives.
We will celebrate students and campus organizations that are turning awareness into action by starting conversations, looking out for friends, and helping create communities where people BE THERE for each other.
Helping people know what to do when someone they care about is struggling
Manny's Band Foundation was created in memory of Manny Pargman to make suicide prevention a shared, urgent priority for all — because suicide is not someone else's problem.
We ignite through large-scale in-person events to move attendees into small-group QPR training sessions we call Manny's Band Practice® — where circles of friends learn what they are looking for and what to do in order to prevent suicide — and, perhaps most importantly, practice doing it.
